Creative Mortgage Partners Corporation, (CMPC) was dreamed about for a lifetime. Modeled and planned for 3 years and finally with 55 years of collective mortgage experience was incorporated September, 1998.

CMPC has opted to pursue excellence at every level. We are a company founded in a well rounded business plan, assimilated from what has been learned from listening to our most successful clients. The key characteristics of our business model are empathy, competing at an extreme level of customer service, delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride and company spirit.
